Description As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for: Manage financial records and update ledgers.Process invoices, reconcile statements, and follow up on payments.Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.Assist with month-end and year-end closings.Prepare financial reports and assist with variance analysis.Support audit requirements and ensure policy compliance.Profile To be successful for the Accounts Assistant position, you must: Previous experience in a similar position.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organisational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial management.
