Client Details

Page Personnel are working with an industry leading business, who are currently expanding. They are seeking an experienced Accountant to join the team ideally with experience within Property.

Description

The key responsibilities of an Accountant will include:

Process all Purchase orders and invoices and keeping a track of all transactions.

Updating Purchase order requests and spend to date

Process all payment runs in the bank

Update cashbook daily and post transactions into Sage

Ensure all suppliers are paid according to agreed terms

Treasury management and cash flow forecasting to ensure sufficient funds are available to pay suppliers

Deal with any supplier and internal queries

Prepare monthly draft Management accounts for review

Manage CIS process for sub–contractors

Process expenses and company credit card transactions

Profile

A successful Accountant should have:

Strong accounts based experience with exposure looking after month end.

Proven experience in property accounting sector.

Proficient in accounting software ideally SAGE and MS excel.Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.

Strong analytical and problem–solving skills.

Job Offer

A competitive salary of around 35,000 – 40,000 per annum
