Position: Recruitment Account Manager or Recruitment Co-Ordinator- Industrial sector
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 basic plus possible car allowance
OTE Bonus:
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm- flexibility offered to support work/life balance.

My client are an independently owned Recruitment business which spans a wide range of sectors and roles within the Industrial Manufacturing, Engineering, and the Professional Services industries, to name a few.
The Role:
Due to new clients wins and the expansion of existing contracts, they are now seeking either an experienced Industrial Account Manager or Account Co-Ordinator who has a strong Industrial sector background within the recruitment industry.
They are looking for people to join them on a permanent basis in their friendly Norwich office, the successful candidate will have experience in the recruitment industry as either a 360 Industrial Recruiter, Industrial Account Manager or Industrial Account Co-Ordinator. It would be beneficial if the successful candidate spoke an eastern european language.
Responsibilities:
Attracting suitable candidates for temporary, fixed term and permanent positions in the Industrial sector. Managing the candidate journey from interview, offer stage and beyond to maintain strong relationships. Providing exceptional customer service to candidates and clients over the telephone and face to face. Registering new candidates who have responded to job adverts. Complete all applicant registrations and interviews in full Working with the team to fill client bookings at short notice to meet client business needs Account manage client contracts and on site industrial client requirements The Candidate:
You will be a self-driven, outgoing individual, with a strong background in the recruitment industry at either a 360 Industrial Recruiter, Account Manager or Account Co-ordinator within the Industrial sector, you need to be
Personable, Energetic, and Professional in nature. Must have experience in the recruitment industry Confident in your communication skills over the telephone and face to face. Attention to detail and time management skills. CRM system knowledge is beneficial Speak an Eastern European language Apply:
