Self-Employed Senior Stylist

Role Overview:

As a self-employed senior stylist, you will be an integral part of our salon. Your expertise, creativity, and ability to build strong client relationships will contribute to our success. You'll have the freedom to manage your own column, working with a diverse clientele and creating stunning hair transformations.

Responsibilities:

-Cutting, Styling, and Colouring: Perform haircuts, styling, and colouring services according to client preferences and industry standards.

- Client Consultations: Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.

- Own Column Management: Manage your own client base, appointments, and scheduling efficiently.

- Maintain Salon Standards: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and welcoming for clients.

- Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

- Build Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate: Work closely with other team members to create a cohesive salon experience.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of salon experience as a stylist.

- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing preferred.

Commission Structure:

You’ll receive a competitive 50% commission on all services provided.
