Over all in excellent functioning condition apart from the hair line scratch, crack in the neck,and a small ding in the front. There is no movement so I presume it a scratch, it is stable and the guitar stays in tune, however,  it could be a crack. 

Personally it doesn't bother me. Please refer to the pictures provided for a good idea of the condition. There's is also an electronic tuner built in. I'm not familiar with these so not much too say.
A decent look and playing guitar at mor than a reasonable price.
