I am after:


2 x 300w to 400w old solar panels for the shed


Unwanted and unused Ploom Evo Sticks/Heets/Terea/Neo/Neafs stop smoking aids


A mini mal 7ft + surfboard, foam would be great, can be tatty/mouldy


A steel mechanics trolley with draws, can be tatty and a bit knackered


Used Crittal style patio door/doors or something similar for outbuilding project, any condition considered


An unused preferably boxed universal syphon unit for a toilet cistern


A pair of brand new bathroom sink taps


A set of 4 to 6 185/65 R15 4x4 mud terrain off road tyres to fit a normal car


A Yumi V Wrench


XL to XXL men’s stretchy shorts with pockets, preferably cotton or denim with elastaine


Sketchers Slip-ins shoes size 11 or 12, any condition considered (but not broken)


A few rolls of breathable membrane for a small timber frame outbuilding project, tyvek, rhinovent, dupont, cromar or a similar fire rated brand


Decent condition roofing sheets to clad an outbuilding project (floor plan 2.4m x 3.6m), must be able to deliver to Parkstone


A few (2 to 4) rolls of roofing felt or single ply membrane (alwitra evalon/sarna or similar) for an outbuilding roof (2.4m x 3.6m)


Any unwanted leftover 9mm x 2440mm x 1220mm plywood or osb


Galvanised 90mm+ nails (any galvanised nails considered)


Sheet to timber roofing screws, hex head


Any leftover intumescent paint for fire proofing a small outbuilding’s timber frame, or fireproofing timber treatment spray/wash, thermoguard, zeroflame or similar


Working DDR4 Computer Ram


A working mains or battery sliding compound mitre saw


2 x woodworking saw horses

PS I don’t have much money but take a look at my listings and we can tweak, add or remove items to suit, depending on what you want to get out of the swap, traders, resellers and flippers welcome.

I am building a fully off grid caravan spec garden room in the back garden. 2.4m x 3.6m.

The idea is to build the caravan lightweight but to building regulations standards and use it as a garden room.

Then if in the future I get a plot of land. I can apply for planning and building regs approval for it to be a micro dwelling. With detailed records of fabrication and specifications, materials and fixings BS and ISO numbers, wood types, structural gradings and treatments etc.

If permission is granted the 6 panels can be unbolted, rolled onto a flatbed lorry on their castors, then placed onto the plot and anchored to pad foundations for the creation of a micro art studio or home. Extensions can be applied for and then outbuildings added later on.

I'm looking for freebies in good condition but please see my other listing's and if you want anything in return for your materials I will happily swap them with you.
