Monopoly Pokemon Gotta catch 'em all ! Collector's Edition Board Game Incomplete

This game is being sold as incomplete. Missing:

2 of the collectable Pokemon movers

1 Red Deed Card (Sabrina's Gym Venomoth)

1 Blue Pokemon Centre (I have included a replacent which is a darker shade of blue)

No instructions

Board has a small tear on the reverse side (see photo).

Game is in used condition with some marks and wear.

The box has some marks, wear and tear (one corner on the bottom of the box has a tear down the seam) has the name Skye written on the box lid. Box is quite tatty.
