Hi, selling my faithful and still capable ps4, to help fund my kitty towards a ps5 pro.

Was planning to keep it a while longer, but my only controller has been damaged by my dog, so it’s time to move it on. As mentioned above, this is sold as a bare unit only, with power lead of course, and one non functioning controller, that the buyer is welcome to take with them if they would like to do so.

It can be seen powered up and working, but if you want to test it further when collecting, you will need to bring a working controller to do so, which you are welcome to do.

I bought the ps4 from a cousin, who, how can I say, got his moneys worth of gaming out of it, so any marks or knocks on the casing, I cannot attest to their cause. All I can say is I’ve had no issues with it, other than the common, fan noise.

The fan is working fine, it just on occasion kicks in at a fast speed. I’ve read online about this issue, and it appears to be common. I did open it up after reading one piece of advice about cleaning out the internal dust that accumulates over time, and that has seemed to help reduce the issue to a degree.

Other than that, I’ve had a lot of fun with it during the time I’ve owned it, and I’ll be sad to see it go.

I’m pretty sure it’s the 500gb model, has 2 front usb sockets, rear hdmi, aux, and Ethernet connection. Model number is CUH-1216A, if you’d like to check its full spec. I’ve listed for a fair buy it now price, a price to make a t a quick sale, so please, no silly offers. Item is listed as collection only, preferably in cash on collection please. I do not wish to package up and post this item, as due to its age, I don’t want it to get damaged in transit. It’s still a lovely working console with a lot of life left in it, and it deserves to stay that way.
