We are offering for sale a portion of our high-quality and competitively priced domestic window cleaning work in the Newtownabbey area.

We currently have approximately 50 customers for sale in Newtownabbey, all within a small, concentrated area of around 5miles. We are the leading service provider in the area, with all of our work being water-fed pole (WFP) cleaning. Our customers are prompt payers, with most settling invoices on the day or via bank transfer.

Our work is a mix of 4,& 8 weekly cycles, averaging out to 2working days per month and generating a reliable income of £500per 4-week cycle, excluding extras. Many of the less frequent customers pay a premium for their service.

The buyer will receive complete customer contact details, pricing, access information, payment history, and previous quotes for extra services.

Our customers expect high standards and reminders before each clean (currently done via email but could be managed by phone or text). We’ve built a strong professional rapport with them and would like to pass the work on to someone who will uphold our standards.
