You have listed the Mini PC as being refurbished - what does that mean exactly?
All the equipment we provide is brand new - however, in order for us to offer the system at such a fantastic price, we use refurbished mini PCs to run operate our software. These are fully tested by our team of engineers and contain brand new components for ensured reliability and longevity.
What happens if I run into any problems with your system?
All our systems are covered by a 12 month warranty, and any ongoing support is covered for you by our 12 month Premium Support Plan. The plan includes 24/7 live chat support, unlimited telephone support, menu programming and much more.
