The iPad is stuck on Headphone mode. Theirs no damage to actual internal sound just the iPad sensor stuck in headphone mode after using wrong cheap headphone jack and can’t get it out so can use any headphones in the bottom charging jack perfectly fine and can charge iPad with no issues but can also use wireless headphones if wanted but sound works great if you put speaker mode on when video calling on zoom,messenger etc. I can demonstrate this in person to show this if buyer wants to see the actual internal sound works perfect and not effected because of the mode.
