I study via books constantly & with top luthiers online. - The action (strings to frets distance) are low ready for little/soft fingers. - The machine heads (tuners) have been cleaned and lubricated. - Frets have been cleaned and crowned and polished and frets end bevelled. - Fret board has been cleaned and oiled. And new strings fitted The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended
