This is my customised FranLin Strat I have but no longer require as I'm a pedal Steel guitarist, I have no Idea what it was originally, it weighs in at 8.60lb or 3,88kg. solid and not plywood !
I fitted Fender Staggered machine heads which eliminates the need for a string tree, check Hank Marvin's Strat and you'll see what I mean, what it entails is the 5th and 6th tuners are slightly longer than the normal ones. I also fitted Fender bridge saddles and Wilkinson pickups which
sound very good .
I'm asking £80 as it needs to go, a trial would be recommended,it really needs to be picked up by any prospective purchaser, no trades or offers, the pickups, tuners and bridge saddles cost at what I'm asking for and no. my pedal steel ain't for sale !!
