The 1950's LG-2 is a small body acoustic with a full-sized Gibson sound. This little giant produces a charming and seductive tone that rivals much larger-bodied guitars while maintaining exceptional clarity and focus in individual notes.

Ideal for folk, blues, and finger style, the delicately balanced 50s LG-2 Original maintains a full dynamic range while being comfortable under arm. It's in excellent condition with just a few barely visible signs of wear on close inspection - exaggerated on our photos under direct studio lighting.

Handcrafted solid tonewood and scalloped top bracing provide the warmth and richness that have made spruce and mahogany a classic combination in acoustic flat-top guitars.

Developed in the 30’s, the L-00 was an industry standard for many years. This L-00 Standard captures the heritage of those exemplary early models, with unparalleled projection and a full sound for its relatively small size. It was purchased brand new only weeks ago and is in mint condition.

Features include a Sitka Spruce top, Mahogany back/sides, a comfortable slim-profile Mahogany neck with Rosewood fingerboard, 12” radius, standard frets and mother-of-peark inlays. It has a nitro finish, mini Grover Rotomatic tuners and a 24.75 scale length.

The LR Baggs VTC pickup ensure it sounds as good amped as it does unplugged and there’s volume and tone controls in the soundhole.

It comes complete with its original case, paperwork, cleaning cloth, key fob, tools and a bonus free Humidpak humidity control system.
