The Suhr Standard Legacy is designed to capture the looks, tone and feel of the first guitar designed by John Suhr back in 1984, delivering an 80s Knopfler vintage inspired design with the playability and attention of a Modern premium Suhr.

This beauty is finished in Lake Placid Blue, and was built either later 2021 or early 2022. It would be mint condition were it not for some light scratches out of sight on the rear. It's a great opportunity to save big vs the current £3900 retail price.

With an African Okoume body and a Plain Maple top, it's tonally superior, lightweight and beautifully poised for action. It has Suhr's Even C Slim neck profile with rolled edges, and the Indian Rosewood fingerboard and a 10"- 14" radius offers an extremely comfortable shape. The Maple neck is finished in satin, which provides the smooth feel of natural wood as well as protection from moisture. The 22 stainless steel frets offer great string bending potential and long lasting playability.

With the powerhouse pickup HSS combo, this guitar delivers monster tonal options. With a pair of EMG SA single coils and an EMG 85 humbucker this guitar is really versatile. Tuning stability comes from a cracking Goth 510 tremolo, it offers improved performance and reliability.

It comes complete with its original hard case, trem-arm, paperwork and tools.
