Belly Dance is not just about dance. It is fantastic exercise in that it uses so many of your muscles, but you don't always realise that you doing so. Other benefits (and there are many) include improved posture, balance and co-ordination, a sense of well-being, improved sleep and it allows you to make new friends. It is soft on the joints which makes it suitable for young and ols alike, and you can work within your limits.

My classes are designed to be fun, teaching moves and skills to help you become a better you. The classes are mixed ability, but nobody gets left behind - technique is always explained and I am happy to re-do anything that isn't understood.

Classes take place at Penwortham Youth & Community Centre, Priory Lane, Penwortham, PR1 0AR.

Time: 7pm - 8pm
