Interested in joining health and fitness classes or taking part in any sports of your choice?

You've come to the right place. Redbridge Sports Association (RSA) can help facilitate this for you, turning your fitness goals into fun activities.

RSA is a community-based organisation dedicated to promoting health, fitness, and well-being in the Redbridge area. We offer a wide range of sports, fitness classes, and youth programs to help individuals of all ages and abilities lead active and fulfilling lives.

- Tai-chi classes for women
- Outdoor floodlight football
- Warrior Camp
- Or if you have a particular sport you'd like to take part in and if there's enough interest we can help facilitate this for you
