Comfortably lay (or sit) whilst you enjoy being blissfully bathed in the deeply nourishing sounds, vibrations & sensations of holistically healing therapeutic instruments (no water involved!). We begin with a short Guided Meditation, serving to connect you with your body, focusing and settling your mind, before being gently immersed in a soothing sea of sound that floats you away on your on personal Sound Journey...
