Men's Group Tuesdays between 2pm and 4pm.

Come and chat in a safe warm and friendly environment, meet new people to reduce your alone time.

Once established the group can choose to have guest speakers and or participate in an activity decided by the group.

This is a new group aimed at reducing isolation and loneliness for the benefit of your well-being.

Nana's Café is also onsite
