Is your MIND FULL of repetitive negative thoughts, worries about future events and replays of the past? Calm your constant mental chatter and improve your physical health and mental wellbeing by learning how to be MINDFUL. Each weekly session will include various different meditation practices and exploration of various aspects of Meditation such as Posture, Developing a Regular Practice, Non-Attachment, Patience, Acceptance, Being Non-Judgmental, Compassion, Expectations and Living Mindfully. Suitable for beginners and those who already meditate.
