Would you like to meet up for interests/activities, learning from one another and for mutual support or helping hand in the North? I am a woman based near Pontefract, so I can drive to Leeds, Sheffield, Doncaster, Lincoln, Derby, Hull, or even York, Manchester, Nottingham and more

On Mutual Support and Helping One Another. For example, you need do do something that can be done in a car but you don't drive. Or you have mobility or vision impairments so need help with something. Or you are knew to the UK or with a limited or no network of friends and family here. Or you're faced with an official case to have to deal with but you have little knowledge or experience with legal and judicial processes and feel not knowing where to turn to for advice. (Please note, I cannot support you as a friend by lending you money. If you had a debt or finance problem, you need to speak to debt charities and to your bank manager.)

On Mutual Interests and Activities as Friends. You can tell me about your interests and what you could share or teach me with, as I can share with you mine. For example, you are into cooking or watching dating TV programmes. Or you are into going to events and shows. My interests include listening to discussion radio, healthy lifestyle including working out to keep fit to be in good health, learning about protecting and being able to defend oneself while out and about especially as a woman, visits to gardens/parks/historic places, weekends away, road trips, foreign holidays, staying in and more.

I could be open to trying out and learning about new interests, if you could introduce me to them and show me your passion and dedication. For example, you'd like to show me creating beautiful dishes, creating beautiful dresses, creating your own artwork, MMA cage fight or wrestling, motor sport racing, UFO and paranormal ghost hunting, Latin American or traditional folk dance, what your favourite psychic is telling you what your dead grandma is saying, or dwelling and going on and on about ex-boyfriends/girlfriends that you're obsessed with and your endlessly going-around-in-cycles on off relationships. (I haven't tried any of them or I am good at none of these, but if you are passionately into these things or you're very good with them and want to share, why not, I'm happy to give a go - except the last bit, not being able to get over an ex etc., I will just hear what you want to share, and I won't actually do it myself.)

Or if you just need someone to be a listening ear like how your ex emptied your savings and ran away (or you are the one who did this to your ex and you'd like to own up to it and apologise?), how you lost job and lost your house (or you are the one who took part in doing did this to someone for their life to fall apart and now you feel guilty and would like to talk about it?), how you've been waiting all your life of meeting that handsome prince charming of your dreams that has never materialised, or how you thought [again] this time it really will be 'till death do us apart' before in a few year's it [again] became your divorce number x (BTW there is nothing to be ashamed of if you are a divorcee, you can be proud and I'd be there to support you) or anything else, I could be that listening ear for you.

Scammers don't even try. Anywhere online, as soon as one writes they are here to help/support those in need like those with disabled or mobility/vision impairment etc, the sly ones like you make contact asking for money, loan, credit, shopping vouchers, 'lend me money now and I will pay you later [or never really]', give me your personal details and I will get this wonderful research company I know to pay you £££ lots of money, invest in this gold or land or crypto and unicorn and whatever as you'd get double the return in a month so after a few years you'll become a miliionnare and all those scam cons of yours that your shameful mother, father or whoever raised you did a bad job for you to turn out as the low life work of theirs that you are. I am a step above you with zero chance of you succeeding in conning me, so don't waste time getting in touch. I won't even reply, and instead, I will just block you. Our world need less of the likes of you and more of those with a kind heart who can make a positive impact on others in the community.
