I’m looking to share or sublet my creative studio in West Ealing, West London (W13). Would be great for a fashion designer or any other creative wanting to share a space or work away from home. The studio is situated in an artist studio building filled with painters, sculptors, designers, and more. There are 2 floors with a kitchen and washrooms on each floor. There is also a free event space that you can book ahead to use.

You can use my shelving, tables, iron, and domestic sewing machine. I tend to use my studio about 3 times a week when not in full time work.

For sublet, it can come furnished or unfurnished - happy to discuss further.

Available now, for a 3 month contract and then rolling after that. One month security deposit needed.
