Knowledge and Understanding:- most classroom teaching is based around this. I can give a different point of view to compliment classroom progress. I can either keep you one step ahead of classroom timelines or I can consolidate after the content has been taught.

Problem solving-
a huge part of SQA Biology that often gets overlooked.
I can fully explain all techniques and develop mastery of all PS Q’s from ratios to percentage changes. I use a catalogue of hand picked questions that fall into each type commonly found in the SQA exams.

Investigation Q’s- Around Q3 on the short answer paper there is always an Experimental Q worth anything up to and over 6 marks.
This involves meticulous graph reading, the idea of controls as well as dependent and independent variables.

Essay style Q’s- I have a formula on how to approach these style of questions which range from 4 marks in N5 to 9 marks in Higher. Following the formula will become second nature after some practice.

The Assignment- reintroduced in (23/24)following covid measures.
I give an expert rundown on the layout of the final submission, where the marks are earned and how to maximise the prospect of gaining them all. I can also advise on the common mistakes made where marks are lost due to past experience.
