There are so many benefits to belly dance: improved balance, posture and co-ordination, improved mood and better sleep to name but a few. It's soft on the joints too, making it suitable for ALL ages, and you can work within your limits. Venue: The Mojo Cafe, Lammack Road, Blackburn, BB1 8LA Time: 7pm - 9pm although we won't be dancing for all of this time Cost: £20 which includes refreshments.
