Join us as we launch the brand new range of 2025 model holiday homes at Surf Bay Leisure, Winkleigh, Devon EX19 8DW 3rd - 5th October 2024 10am-4pm.

This 2002 Willerby Manor 35x12 2 bedroom static caravan is fitted with double glazing and gas central heating. It also has a pitched roof.
The living room features a dated but comfy fitted seating which sits opposite a gas fire and tv storage/display area. The ceiling is pitched in the living area and has featured detailing. There is an area designed for a free standing dining table and chairs beside a set of patio sliding doors. The kitchen has a good amount of cupboard space and features a gas oven and integrated fridge freezer. The main bedroom is at the rear of the caravan and is a good size. It features a lift up storage bed, fitted wardrobes, a bay window and an ensuite toilet. The twin room is currently empty but we could fit beds if required. Elsewhere there is a family bathroom which features a small bath and shower over the top.
