We are looking for a small piece of land to buy or long lease to accommodate a residential log cabin (subject to planning permission). Our preferred location would be the Conwy area but we are open to any location close to Conwy.
The plot would need to have access and be close to amenities such as electric and water.
If you have a large garden or an adjacent plot of land, it might be an opportunity to consider what we're looking for.
Any response will be treated as a first step and would be subject to further investigation and of course, the price.
