Car Starts runs and drives no problem last MOT expired and has not been renewed car has been in covered dry storage.

This Rover 114 Metro cabriolet is an emerging classic collector car with a beautiful red exterior and grey upholstery/interior. It has a manual 5 speed gearbox and is right-hand drive, powered by 1.4 Litre petrol engine. The car has four seats and two doors, making it perfect as a small runabout or fun car to take to shows etc. The car comes with V5C registration document and is a 1996 model manufactured by Rover. This convertible is a great addition to any car collection and great fun to drive and even when I collected it on a trailer had lots of smiles and waves from people in the street as I was passing so it is sure to turn heads. Don't miss out on the opportunity to own this classic Rover 114 cabriolet, part of British motoring history. Bad Bits
The power mechanism for the cabriolet roof (electro-hydraulic) is not working at present this could be something as simple as a relay needing replaced but I have honestly not had time to look into the issue also One of the roof securing handles (nearside) needs to be repaired or replaced. Part of the reason for this being that the car is in covered storage remote from my home address and this is really why the Car is reluctantly for sale as I just do not have the time to dedicate to working on the Car.
There is a very slight engine oil leak which I suspect is leaking from the rocker cover so hopefully a new gasket will fix this. As stated above I literally have not had the time to spend on the car.

Purchaser is responsible for collecting vehicle from Oban, Argyll by mutual arrangement with vendor once payment has been made in full.
