The van dash shows 277224 miles (at the time of advert) but the engine was rebuilt just after 200k, i purchased it at 264000 and had the cam chain and all injectors replaced, it has recently had a new starter motor, front discs and pads, full brake lines front to rear, full handbrake cable assembly, track rod ends and a full service. all tyres are in fair condition. Aside from the semi floppy gear linkage (a common issue and only recently developed) the van drives spectacularly.
There are a few age-related marks on the body, but this doesn’t detract from the overall look of the van.
This van was professionally converted 5 years ago to a one-off spec which includes
• Fully insulated with multiple layers of Celotex board and YBS foil thermal liner.
• 2 tone carpet lined rear with a grey sparkle Altro anti-slip floor.
• A colour coded reverse lift pop-top roof with the ability to set out a small double bed.
• A side facing settee that slides out to a double bed with under bed storage accessible from the front and back of the bed, and a portable toilet storage area.
• A rear mounted inward facing kitchen area made from lightweight ply with a driftwood finish and a cream worktop with a double ring burner and sink, ample storage space and an under cupboard dometic fridge/freezer.
• A side facing wardrobe area to the rear LH side of the van and an Entertainment area to to the rear RH side of the van with a tv mounting and aerial point.
• Slide opening windows on the side doors.
• Rail sliding curtains on all rear windows, thermal blinds for the front windows.
• 2 separate tables, one drinks table that is floor mountable, one fold out table that can be used internally and externally and is mounted behind the kitchen unit for travel.
• Onboard 20L water tank with tank-based pump and underslung 20L black water tank with passenger side drain off point.
• Mains input in the rear corner bumper connected to EC160 PSU wired with ability to charge the vans main battery as well as the internal split charge for the leisure batteries. 2x mains sockets, 2x 12V 110Ah leisure batteries, independent switching LED lights, 12V TV point.
• Diesel heater fed from the van's fuel tank with thermostat to the rear of the van.
• Passenger swivel seat.
• Passenger side mountable drive away awning.
• Van will be supplied with pretty much everything to pick and go eg: parking ramps, 25M power cable with 13A connection for home charging, pots pans and cutlery, ½ full gas bottle, carbon monoxide/smoke alarm, charcoal BBQ, portable toilet (will be sterilised), thermal blinds etc.


Genuine reason for sale, We've outgrown the van with 2 big dogs and a near on teen and we haven't used it enough in the last 2 years other than driving to town and back so it deserves to go to someone that will use it well and create new memories.
