The Annexe Lodge Range

The exterior styling was designed so that it didn’t look like a traditional ‘static caravan’, but has the style of a contemporary property, with the easy maintenance cladding (available in various colours). Inside, you will find lots of options one and two bedrooms. All Annexes come fully winterised for all year living and with a 12 month warranty.

The benefits of being on a wheeled chassis for planning gains, also to move with a 4X4 to position easily and remove in the future. Being off the ground also gives excellent air flow around the unit. The future residual value on these on re-sale have proven to be very solid vs a conventional static caravan.

Planning

If you want to site a mobile home or caravan in your curtilage, most Local Authorities permit this provided the unit will not be used for commercial purposes, such as a holiday let.

The Caravan Sites Act 1968 states in section 29 of the Act what constitutes a caravan or mobile home. This is great news for homeowners as it means in many cases, you don’t need planning permission to site one of these structures within the curtilage of your dwelling.

Delivery and siting

The smaller Annexe ranges comes on a rigid lorry and the large 40x14ft comes on an artic low loader. If you want positioning and siting, this is an additional cost depending on the complexity of the job. Please contact us for a quotation.

We do get them in some tight locations, but once you have placed an order, we will carry out a FREE site survey. They can be easily craned, this will be a local contractor where you are based.
