Join us as we launch the brand new range of 2025 model holiday homes at Surf Bay Leisure, Winkleigh, Devon EX19 8DW 3rd - 5th October 2024 10am-4pm.

This 2009 Atlas Orion 35x12 2 bedroom static caravan is fitted with double glazing and LPG gas central heating. It also has a tiled pitched roof.
There is a large living area which features fitted seating for both the living & dining areas. There is a gas fire and tv unit/shelving. The whole area is open plan to the kitchen which has good storage and a space for an under counter fridge. The main bedroom is large, spanning the width of the rear of the caravan. There is good storage and scope for more. There is a standard twin room with two single beds. In the hallway there is a toilet room (sink & basin) and a shower room (sink & shower).
