The Bathroom an all in one style but with separate shower cubicle with Perspex doors to close & wooden duck board. The toilet a cassette style electric fresh water flush unit with swivel top. Above is a white corner sink with chrome mixer tap. The bathroom is well lit with plenty of cupboards and mirrors to give a good sense of space. Moving rear is the main Bedroom which is a twin singles over large garage. The bed is accessed by built in steps and benefits from storage at the foot end of each beds. The bed can be made up into a large double with the use of an infill cushion & the head ends can also be inclined for reading in bed. There is a TV point & large flatscreen Tv at the foot of the bed. Heating & Hot Water is supplied by Truma combination boiler with blown warm air. It can be powered by gas or 240v. This combined with the twin floor construction should keep you nice & toasty even in -15 degrees outside.
