It is a credit to the one owner from new and has had every annual habitation check and servicing as required. This is a 3 berth motorhome but has 4 travel seat belts, making it the ideal van for a couple or single person who may want to take a couple of friends or grandchildren out for the day. The layout is excellent and makes the most of the space available in a 6m van - it has a lovely rear lounge area that converts into a generous double bed, further seating at the front, a well equipped kitchen and washroom with cassette toilet and shower. The van is ULEZ compliant and ideal for UK roads, easy to drive and park.The CV40 is based on the Fiat Ducato and has a powerful 2.3l diesel engine with 6 speed manual gearbox and 140 bhp. The cab has air conditioning, radio and there is cruise control and a rear view camera for reversing. At the front of the CV40 you have a lovely area to sit and enjoy a meal, snack, browse a tablet or even play a game of cards. Both the front seats swivel around and there is another double front facing seat and table. At the rear of the CV40 you have a further seating area with bench seats making up a rear lounge. This is absolutely ideal for opening up and enjoying your surrounding. This campervan comes with an extremely well equipped kitchen which includes oven, gas hob with 3 burners, microwave oven, sink with mixer tap and good 3-way fridge with ice compartment.The CV40 is extremely comfortable to sleep in with the rear lounge converting into a good sized double bed measuring 195cm x 130cm.
