This is a fabulous as-new motorhome with extremely low mileage and many extras that cost in the region of £4,600 over and above the basic price.Whilst the motorhome came with a factory fitted alarm and tracker the owners also added a Scorpion S7 Thatcham 1 tracker and immobiliser which also covers the garage doors (as the factory fitted one does not). This top-of the range tracker system means that the motorhome can be monitored on an app on your own phone and should the worst happen the Scorpion monitoring team can immobilise the motorhome remotely. In addition the perimeter alarm can be set without the interior being monitored giving peace of mind if you are overnighting in it. There is currently over two years' left on the subscription for this tracker and it is transferable to the new owner.On entering the low nearside step there is a lounge area immediately to your left with opposing settees that can be extended into a double bed. Folded beneath each settee is a forward facing passenger seat with seatbelt which are unused and still in their plastic covers. Both the front seats swivel to make a dining area with a free standing table. The cab has integral blinds and a storage locker above. There is a bracket and sockets for a TV behind the drivers seat.Opposite the habitation door is the well appointed washroom. Next comes a full height wardrobe with the electrical fuse box easily accessible below. To the rear are the single beds over the large garage. There are steps with storage bins below and large storage cupboards beneath each bed. This can be made into a large double with extra infill pieces if required. The mattresses are by Hypnos. Coming forward there is a full sized oven with 3-burner hob above, a good sized sink and fridge freezer below. There are plenty of overhead lockers throughout and the upholstery has been treated with Scotchguard. There is plenty of light from the roofvents including an Omnivent in the kitchen area.
