With award winning parks based in stunning Selsey, West Sussex, we provide the perfect escape for you and your family to enjoy 10 months of the year. Situated on our very own mile of beach, Bunn Leisure boasts 3 fantastic entertainment venues, which host the very best in live bands, shows and family entertainment. There are three swimming pools, a 25m competition pool, a family friendly shallow entry leisure pool with lazy river and a relaxing outdoor pool, our Technogym equipped fitness suite will help you keep fit, our indoor multi-sports court and tennis courts means there's always time for a quick game and our 10 pin bowling alley is great fun. We have everything on our parks for your convenience, from shops and stores to pubs and restaurants. If you're considering holiday home ownership, make sure you visit us, you won't be disappointed.

Warranty:
New Holiday Homes: With the purchase of a new holiday home at Bunn Leisure you will receive a 12 month manufacturer warranty and in some cases for several more years on the elements of the holiday home depending on individual manufacturer warranties. Our holiday home ownership advisors will supply you with a specific warranty cover booklet with your purchase.

Pre-owned Holiday Homes: If you purchase a pre-owned holiday home at Bunn Leisure you will have agreed to a six month warranty which includes parts and labour. The warranty covers (a) Water leaks, domestic supply and/or central heating. (b) Failure of any fitted gas or electric appliance. (c) Failure of the structure.
