Caravan for sale sited at the award winning Lizard Point holiday park in Cornwall.

This 6 berth caravan comes fully furnished and with decking to the main entrance, where you you can relax and enjoy the sunset/sunrise near the Cornish coast.

The caravan is 36ft x 12ft and there’s currently over 6 years left on the lease. It has been extremely well looked after. No pets or smokers have stayed at the caravan.

The caravan has only been let to select holiday makers occasionally to cover annual ground rent. The rest of the year it has been enjoyed privately. The occasional lettings means my family can enjoy the caravan/park for free.

No time wasters please, can arrange viewing throughout the winter.
