The caravan comes with 3 bedrooms (8 berth), double glazing, central heating, and a large side decking. It's sited very close to the main entertainment area and pools, so is an ideal spot if you have children. The price is £25,000 which includes site fees for the remainder of 2024, the owner-transfer fee, and new gas & electric safety certificates. This is a lot cheaper than the park would sell the caravan for. The park runs a great 11 month owner’s season and only shuts throughout January, and there are still 10 years remaining on the pitch licence.

The living area comes with 2 sofas (one with a pull-out bed beneath), front-opening patio doors, a feature fire-place, TV unit, a coffee-table, and storage units. Camber Sands Holiday Park is one of the biggest and liveliest parks along this coast. There's a stunning 7 mile sandy beach directly opposite the park, with a selection of amusements of seaside shops. On-site, there are 4 heated indoor pools with a flume, an adventure playground, crazy golf, go karts, multi-sports court, a large clubhouse with nightly entertainment, restaurant, takeaway, supermarket and free Wi-fi.
