We are and established Van Sales Company based just outside London, in Staines-upon-Thames. Our ethos is to make the experience of purchasing a new car as simple and as easy as possible for our customers and to ensure that they are satisfied in every way with their new vehicle.

We have been in business for over 10 years and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with both cars and vans. This enables us to provide our customers with all the information and support they require when purchasing a new vehicle. We offer a wide range of services, including part exchange, extended warranties, full HPI Vehicle check and verification and delivery which helps to make the process hassle-free.

Because we know people work long hours, it may not be convenient to call during conventional business hours. That's why we answer calls until 10pm in the evening. We also have remote access to emails, so are able to respond within 1hour, in most cases. (Part exchange enquiries may take longer).

Please call to arrange a viewing as we operate a strict viewing by appointment policy. We are very flexible with viewing times and appointments, but we ask that you call to let us know when you would like to come and visit.


Warranty:
We have worked closely with Warrantywise to ensure that we provide a comprehensive warranty to our customers. All vehicles come with a 3 month warranty, which can be extended for a period of upto 36 months.

We provide the gold level of cover for all our warranties and please find below a summary of what is covered.

The claims procedure is detailed on page 21, please ensure that you contact Warrantywise before any work or investigation is carried out. Failure to do so, may jeopardise or even void the warranty cover. Vantastic UK follow the same warranty cover as Warrantywise. No additional cover / warranty is provided with Vantastic UK.

Purchasing a new van is an important decision and we want to make sure that you have made the right choice.

- Payment
Payment terms: Payment can be made by cash or BACS transfer. Debit and credit cards can only be used for deposit payments up to £300 .
Finance: We are also able to arrange Finance with a number of lenders and please call us to discuss your requirements and provide you with an illustration of payment.

- Location
We are located just 15 minutes away from London Heathrow airport. By car, we are less than 5 minutes away from junction 13 of the M25 and within 10 minutes of both the M3 and M4 (depending on which directions you are coming from). If you wish to travel by train, we can collect you from one of the nearest underground or over ground stations. If you wish to travel by bus or coach there is a large depot at Heathrow Airport, which provides a national service. We will be happy to collect you from Heathrow airport, but please call us prior to making your journey.
