Vertu Motors plc was formed in late 2006 to acquire and consolidate UK motor retail businesses. It was founded as a new entrant into the UK motor retail sector and is listed on the AIM market (UK:VTU). The Vertu Motors group operates a nationwide chain of franchised motor dealerships offering sale, servicing, parts and bodyshop facilities for new and used car and commercial vehicles.
The group operates many of its dealerships as Bristol Street Motors. Bristol Street Motors originated nearly 100 years ago as a single Ford dealership located on Bristol Street in central Birmingham. Since those early days the business has grown to become one of the largest automotive retail brands in the UK. The Group also operates a number of Premium franchise dealerships such as Volvo, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Audi, Mercedes-Benz and Jaguar and is the largest operator of Honda dealerships in the UK. In 2010 Vertu Motors expanded into Scotland, trading under the Macklin Motors brand. The group is now the 6th largest motor retailer in the United Kingdom and was awarded the Motor Trader Dealer Group of the Year award in 2008 and was Best Dealer Group in the 2012 Motability Supplier Awards.

We are a credit broker and not a lender. Finance is subject to status and finance company acceptance. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products. We will typically receive a commission from the lender, as either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage on the amount you borrow. These arrangements are negotiated with our lenders in advance and do not give us any discretion to negotiate or adjust your APR or any other item included in the total charge for credit. The commission we earn does not change in relation to the type of finance you choose (hire purchase, personal loan or personal contract purchase) or the length of the finance agreement. Minimum finance amount is £2,500. Free services will be carried out at a Vertu Motors, Bristol Street Motors or Macklin Motors dealership up to 2 years or 24,000 miles from delivery (whichever comes first). Cars under 3 years old at the date of service will be serviced in accordance with manufacturer requirements. Cars 3 years old or over at the date of service will be serviced in accordance with Vertu Motors/Bristol Street Motors/Macklin Motors requirements. Servicing offer excludes any additional work identified. Customer must book vehicle in for required services. 2 years free servicing offer and 6.9% APR representative finance offer apply to all used vehicle stock excluding vans and motorcycles. All vehicles must be ordered (by signature or SMS agreement of an order form) between 4 and 14 November 2022 (inclusive) and delivered by 30 November 2022 to qualify. Cashback for trade in vehicle subject to valuation and existing finance in place and acceptance of the vehicle by the dealership. Not all trade in vehicles will be accepted.
