£59 ADMIN FEE ON ALL VEHICLES. BINCA® is a trade vehicle sales centre, all vehicles are advertised at prices that appeal to the trade and are sold as seen on trade terms with no warranty or guarantee.

BINCA® is a trading name of Fehr Brothers LTD which stands for Buy It Now Car Auction which is exactly what it states, a 'buy it now' car auction.
The Fehr family are a Dutch family who relocated to Hamburg, Germany prior to the second world war, originally from Emmen in Holland.
Following the arrival to England in the 50's our grandparents found the British way of auctioning rather different to what they are used to back in Germany. Being collectors and traders in Antiques, they regularly visited auctions in Holland and Germany but found that the Dutch seem to take a very different approach to their method of auctions.
Inspired by this, The Fehr Brothers decided to apply this method to their car business, starting the 'buy it now' price at a point then if no buyer makes a purchase then the price would be reduced meaning the buyer will have to decide how long they are willing to chance losing the sale of a vehicle to somebody else. Once a buyer see's the vehicle at a price they feel they'd like to purchase at, they can pay the fixed price (plus fees) that they see on the screen.
This is seen by many as an extremely fair way of trading for both the buyer and the seller. It's transparent and reasonable and there is no pressure from either side.
All vehicle must be viewed by a the buyer or somebody representing the buyer before we can accept payment. This method has inspired how BINCA® operates today.

As the buyer of one of our vehicles you are committing yourself to a trade sale meaning you are buying a vehicle on the terms and you have adequate knowledge for purchasing a vehicle for the car trade, you do not need to be a member of BINCA® in order to buy from us but we do like to stress that all vehicles must be bought based on your own opinion. We make every effort to make it stress free for you to inspect our vehicles so please use this opportunity wisely. Our staff are advised not to be for or against a sale meaning they won't encourage or discourage you to buy from our us.

All opinions of a vehicle must be made by the buyer themselves, if you call our call centre and ask for an opinion of a vehicle you will be asked to visit our site in Milton Keynes and view each vehicle yourself. Our call centre will not give any opinion based descriptions over the phone so please do not be disappointed when they don't describe the condition over the phone. As all vehicles are used, we encourage that you visit our site to make any judgement on the condition of the vehicle for yourself.

Upon arrival to our site, simply quote the reg of the car that you'd like to view and one of our key handlers will provide you with the key set for that vehicle.

**Small Print and Further Information**

All Vehicles are strictly sold as seen and are sold on trade terms; sold exactly as they would be at any other vehicle auction. This applies to every vehicle on our site. The sales invoice will show further information regarding the terms of sale.

Every buyer will be asked to read and sign a Trade Sale Invoice Agreement upon each purchase.

We do not guarantee the mileage on any of our vehicles. An odometer reading will be taken on the day of sale but the buyer will be expected to undertake all of their own mileage/history checks.

Viewing of vehicles is available at any point during our opening hours, all vehicles can also be purchased within these hours of operation.

In an event that there are multiple buyers at one time on a single vehicle then we shall offer the sale to the highest paying buyer.

We cannot explain or describe vehicles over the phone so please do not call asking for descriptions of vehicles or details of service history/paperwork. All opinions should be made by the buyer themselves upon viewing the vehicle at BINCA®.

We cannot accept deposits or holding fees. £59 Admin fee charged on all vehicles

NB Implied Terms as satisfactory quality and/or fitness for purpose do not apply to any transaction made at BINCA®. All vehicles are Sold As seen with no trial, guarantee or warranty of any kind.

All vehicles MUST be viewed in order to purchase.
Strictly no sales can take place without a buyer (or their representative) physically viewing the vehicle.
We do not hold any paperwork for the vehicles, if there is any paperwork for a vehicle it will be included with the sale.
