Cheap to run and highly practical - Our 13 plate Peugeot Partner Tepee (5 seat model) is a sought after semi-automatic model, making it easy to drive and highly practical. These vehicles are hugely versatile with their commercial roots, but not too big, so they are easy to park and maneuver. This model combines the practicality of a van with the benefits of a 5 seat interior which is both functional and spacious. A Partner Tepee makes for a superb family vehicle and thanks to their commercial roots they are strong and hard wearing.
This car is powered by the renowned 1.6 litre HDI Turbo diesel engine which delivers 92bhp and is regarded as one of the most reliable diesel powerplants of its generation. It may not be the fastest car we are selling, but it still remarkably good fun to drive thanks to its excellent visibility and willing engine. It also provides an excellent ride and smooth power delivery which will embarrass its rivals. The fuel efficient e-HDI powerplant means this is a car capable of over 50 mpg making it one of the cheapest-to-run vehicles of its type on the market. It also ensures this car is rewarded with a low tax band (Band C) meaning it only costs £35 a year to tax.
Despite having covered 161k miles from new, this car has is a particularly smart looking example which is finished in metallic silver with colour coded bumpers and alloy wheels which give it a distinctive and purposeful look. The whole car is in excellent all-round excellent condition and drives superbly with strong performance and smooth changes from the semi-auto gearbox. These vehicles have always impressed me greatly with their space and versatility as well as its excellent build quality. The utilitarian interior feels well constructed and embraces this cars van derived roots, with acres of additional storage space - as well as deep door bins it has a large overhead storage shelf up-front. When you are planning to use the rear seats, the Partners sliding doors provide easy access to the rear - perfect for children and getting out in tight spaces as you don't need a large amount of spacer to open the door. All the controls are light and the elevated driving position ensures visibility is excellent.
Our cars interior is bright and airy with front arm rests and masses of headroom. The utilitarian look and feel adds to the versitile feel of this car. Unusually our 2013 model has cruise control, which is a massive bonus in making this a very relaxing car to cover distance in. The interior is extremely clean and well presented and whilst there is some minor wear to the inner door handles in keeping with the cars age, I would still say this is one of the best presented examples you will find, anywhere. Ice cold air conditioning and rear parking sensors ensure you will feel safe and comfortable behind the wheel of your Peugeot Partner.
