This stunning example of a 1981 Ferrari Mondial 8 has been the pride and joy for the previous owner of the past 24 years. She is 1 of 145 genuine RHD, UK supplied car. Has been kept in a heated garage and as you can see from the MOT history, only ever used on nice days. She had a bare metal restoration 5/6 years ago. Professionally painted by an ex-Formula 1 McLaren painter. We have photographic evidence, but no invoices as the previous owner paid cash. - She has had the Metric wheels updated with a set of brand new original Ferrari 328 wheels with a new set of Pirelli P-Zero tyres - Bodywork is clean, straight and has zero rust as had minimal use since the restoration. - Sills replaced as part of the bodywork restoration. - Black leather interior has slight wear but will be re-conalised before sale. - Carpets in good condition. - Everything on the inside of the car works. The car runs and drives beautifully, with no mechanical issues. - Serviced every few years due to the very limited miles.  - The engine and the gearbox are original to the car. - Front callipers were refurbished recently with new pads and discs. - Sports exhaust which is a complete system. - New suspension and shock absorbers on slightly lowered springs. - The engine has never been rebuilt, but work has been maintained and kept in good shape. During the previous owners ownership the car has had: * New gaskets and seals * New timing belt several years ago. * New clutch * New starter motor 3 years ago. * Fuse box. * Regular servicing - Paperwork totalling £10,000-£15,000 worth of bills at least from the previous owners ownership. - Minimal paperwork from previous owners.  The Mondial was the first Ferrari where the entire engine, gearbox and rear suspension assembly was mounted on a detachable steel subframe .
