Retro Classic Car is a family owned Classic Car Dealership run by father and son team Adrian and Sam Harper. Established now for over 18 years we are situated in the village of Swainby in the scenic North York Moors National Park. We have a passion for all things related to classic motoring and the cars we look for are always the ones we want to get behind the steering wheel and drive for ourselves. So, classics like the Ford Mustang, Chevrolet Corvette and Camaro, Pontiac Firebird, Dodge Charger and anything else that we and our customers might like. You will also see a sprinkling of classic motorcycles and other car marques too.

Our showroom in Swainby North Yorkshire, DL6 3EL is nestled against the Cleveland Hills and located within the beautiful North York Moors National Park, a perfect place to drive to and collect your car. We are easy to find and just 5 minutes drive from the A19 and 25 minutes from the A1M. The Kings Cross/Edinburgh main-line runs through Northallerton just 15 miles away. We also offer a in-house transported delivery service to have your car brought direct to your door.

When looking to buy a classic car whether to add to your collection or if in particular you are dipping your toe into classic ownership for the first time, we always encourage our customers to view our cars in person. That way you can touch and feel what its like to be behind the wheel when we take it for a test drive and answer any questions you will no doubt have about classic car ownership.
In addition, we always welcome any independent inspection you may wish to have carried out.
You can sit down with a mug of Yorkshire tea or coffee! In our specialist showroom based in the North York Moors National Park and look through the often-large history files many of our cars come with.
At all times we aim to be open and honest when describing our vehicles. It is why we like to meet our customers in person to answer any further questions they may have and offer any advice we can to match them to their perfect car.
