2013/14 model Bailey Unicorn Cadiz 4 berth single axle touring caravan with the fixed single bed layout.

There’s a power touch motor mover fitted in full working order.
Also comes with fitted solar panel and tracker.

There are most extras included, hook up cable, water pump, step, leg winder,, gas bottle, leisure battery. Aquaroll and waste master pretty much the full package to hook up and go.

It’s a 4 berth with twin single bed layout and comes with all the fixtures and fittings you’d expect in the modern caravan of today.
The caravan has the all important Alde heating fitted, have a google of “Alde heating” if your not familiar but basically digitally controlled central heating as in your house in the caravan.

2 brand new tyres have been fitted as part of the service.

The condition can only be described as immaculate throughout and the caravan has seen very little use in its life and is as good as you will find for the year and you will struggle to find a better cleaner example given it’s age, it really is that nice.
