There is a £200 refundable deposit ( + Rent ) at time of booking. ALL THE GARAGES HAVE HAD NEW ROOFS FITTED.... As every garage is checked by our in-house maintenance team between tenants, we are confident that they are in suitable condition, therefore we do not offer internal viewings of the garages. We do recommend that you visit the site to ensure that you are happy with the site access and location. Please get in touch with us if you are interested.
