description	Sustainability Reporting Manager 35,000 – 45,000 d.o.e plus 7900 car allowance Hybrid – Ideally East Midlands based Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make a real impact? This role is offering an individual n exciting opportunity to join a small team who are making headways in an expanding and growing business, working across multiple sectors and industries Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Sustainability & Carbon Disclosures: Manage and complete all necessary sustainability and carbon disclosures, including Ecovadis, CDP, SECR, SASB, and future UK SDS requirements. Annual Sustainability Report: Compile and deliver our comprehensive Sustainability Annual Report, showcasing our progress and achievements. Customer CSR/ESG Submissions: Respond to and complete customer requests for CSR/ESG data, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Scope 3 Strategy: Develop and implement the Scope 3 strategy, including thorough reporting and analysis. Business Carbon Assessments: Conduct annual assessments of our business carbon footprint, identifying areas for improvement. Client Presentations: Support the creation and delivery of compelling presentations and content for clients, highlighting our sustainability efforts. CSR Data Collection: Identify new sources of CSR data and establish efficient processes for data collection ESG Services & Products: Assist in the rollout of new ESG–related services and products, enhancing our offerings to clients. Training Support: Provide training and support both internally and to clients on sustainability and ESG topics. Social Value Development: Support the development and quantification of social value creation, demonstrating our positive impact on communities.
