I just wanted to reach out as I am on the lookout for a Stock Condition Surveyor/EPC Assessor to work with a well respected organisation. The reason for the role opening up is they are looking to expand their team to 16 and are looking for someone who is determined and driven to join their expanding team.

They are looking for two people to cover the Swindon area and one person to cover the Bath/Gloucester area!

The Stock Condition role will be paid by survey depending on the different type of properties.

Stock Condition:

House ( 29)

Block ( 32)

Flat ( 21)

Stock Condition and EPCs:

House & EPC ( 50)

Flat & EPC ( 41)

No access fee ( 5)

Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor role:

Write up reports of the properties and relay information back to the managerAssist with the completion of regular stock audits to ensure properties are developed and managed effectivelyCollate detailed stock condition information

Benefits to the Stock Condition Surveyor:Possibility of getting paid outside IR35 and through CISLong term temporary contractUncapped amount of money to earn and depends on how many surveys you want to complete
