Warrington GBP15 ( GBP25,740 - GBP34,320 )Full time or part time hours Days or nights Permanent role We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team in a male-only unit specialising in dementia care and supporting residents who may display challenging behaviours.
About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead the care team, ensure adherence to CQC guidelines, and deliver high standards of care to residents. You will supervise and guide junior staff to support the quality of care within the unit, promoting independence, dignity, and positive risk-taking.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Strong communication and written skillsProven experience in elderly care, specifically with mental health and challenging behaviour needsSelf-motivated, resilient, and organisedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, adaptable, and able to work under pressurePrior supervisory experience within a care or nursing home setting Qualifications:
