SWANSTAFF ARE LOOKING FOR 3 X TERM TIME ONLY RGN

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.30AM - 16.00PM

Are you looking for a Nursing role? We have a care home located in Dartford offering a range of services including residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care. They are seeking 3 X RGN.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding nursing care, ensuring the well-being of our residents, and providing support in their daily healthcare needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care in line with NMC standards and care home policies. Administer medications and treatments, monitor health conditions, and review care plans. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care for residents. Offer emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families. Supervise healthcare assistants and junior nursing staff. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Requirements:

Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). Experience in nursing care, particularly with the elderly or in a care home setting (preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. MUST HAVE TRAINING WITHIN : Trachy trained Gastro trained Cough assist Meds trained Nebulizer skills Moving and handling Domiciliary care Benefits:
