Job Advert: Clearance Labourer (with driving licence)

Location: Covering Chesterfield/Mansfield

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm

Pay Rate: £11.64 per hour (PAYE)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Multiskilled Operative to join the housing team, taking on a variety of tasks related to property clearance. This role involves cleaning and clearing both vacant and occupied properties and gardens, with possible additional duties such as fitting steel barriers, installing mobile alarms, and performing mould eradication (full training provided).

Key Responsibilities:

Performing house clearances (including household and hazardous waste)

Conducting deep cleans and environmental cleans

Handling outdoor clearance, including garden tidying, grass cutting, and green waste removal

Driving company vehicles between sites and to recycling centres

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (clean, no points or endorsements)

Physically fit and capable of performing heavy manual work

Flexibility to stay until the day’s work is completed
